Dr. B. Theron Williams

Dr. Williams is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Center for Global Diplomacy (C4GD).  He is responsible for crafting the strategic vision addressing economic, education and health care disparities, inequities and injustices confronting people from various communities and all walks of life.  He is an author, lecturer, educator, entrepreneur, business advisor, personal coach and ordained and consecrated minister.  

He works with Mayors, councilpersons, aldermen, city managers and law enforcement officers relative to building better communities.  He has built C4GD primarily through the collaborative efforts of industry professionals in education, health care, and business both for profit and non profit.  Dr. Williams has a PhD in Philosophy and an MBA in Organizational Leadership. 

Dr. David Burrows

Dr. Dave Burrows currently serves as Senior Pastor of Bahamas Faith Ministries International.  Dr. Burrows is a multifaceted motivator, inspirator, businessman, consultant, and mentor. Dr. Burrows was a longtime close associate of Dr. Munroe for over 30 years having travelled and partnered with Dr. Munroe in many events and venues.

One of the foremost authorities in the world on Youth development and Youth Ministry and a lifelong Youth Ministry and Family ministry specialist with over 25 years of experience in Youth development, training and mentoring Pastor Dave has pioneered many successful programs for youth and families affecting gangs, youth from all backgrounds, youth leaders around the world, Churches, Pastors and entire organizations and denominations.

Grace M. Williams 

Bishop Grace M. Williams is senior pastor of Kingdom Reign Churches (KRC) in Virginia Beach Virginia and Baton Rouge Louisiana.  She is the chief financial officer of Churches in One Accord(CIOA), and is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of Center for Global Diplomacy (C4GD). 

She oversees the development of CIOA, KRC, and C4GD financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

Bishop Eugene 

Bishop Reeves is an insightful teacher, visionary and founder of The Life where he serves as the Senior Pastor. The mission of Life is to advance the Kingdom of God, by Developing Kingdom Disciples, One Family at a Time. The Life is impacting the surrounding community as well as Africa and South America through outreach ministries and programs by spreading the gospel and providing humanitarian aid. He provides a spiritual covering, mentoring and training for over 200 churches and pastors around the globe.

Bishop Reeves is also the founder and CEO of Restoring Lives Community Development Corporation, a 501(c) 3 organization formed to empower residents of Prince William County by providing education and opportunity.

Barbara Wainwright

Ms. Wainwright is accomplished in Executive Leadership specializing in C-Suite Level Coaching. She is the CEO/Founder of Wainwright Global Institute of Professional Coaching (WGI). WGI has trained and certified over 6,000 professional coaches since 2006. She is a board member of the Strategic Learning Alliance (SLA). 

WGI’s Certified Professional Coach Curriculum was evaluated over a 3-year period resulting in accreditation at the University Graduate Level through the AACSB. Her organization has trained and certified employees at Syracuse University, University of Washington, Alcorn State University, Seton Hall University, UC Merced, Fairleigh Dickinson University, Baypath University, Central Connecticut University, BOEING and other established companies.
